We are incredibly blessed to have so many people praying BOLDLY for us! It is especially meaningful to have other adoptive families praying with us. Ben and Lauren will be leaving for Ethiopia this Sunday. They will meet their daughter Eden, who is their first child, on Tuesday and have their first court appearance on Thursday. Recently the Ethiopian Ministry of Women’s, Children's, and Youth Affairs (MOWA) announced that they are going to drop their number of case review each work day from 50 to 5. They are essentially reducing intercountry adoptions by 90%. Since MOWA has to review and approve their case before it goes to the embassy for review, this change could delay the process significantly for Ben and Lauren and the rest of us who are in the process of adopting from Ethiopia.
Please pray that their trip will go smoothly; pray that Eden will be well cared for during her remaining time in Ethiopia and that there will be no delay in bringing her home; and pray that international adoption process in Ethiopia will operate quickly and ethically to "place the lonely in families."

I literally have chills as I think about all that is happening now! I am so excited for yall! Please know my prayers and thoughts are with Team Huss now and especially on Sunday! Can't wait for the updates!
